It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Dorothy on Thursday, February 9th, 2023, in her 73rd year. Daughter of the late Winston and Catherine Fuller. Predeceased by her husband Dail Washburn. Loving mother of Richard Washburn. Cherished grandmother of Alicia Washburn. Sister of Jacqueline Fuller (Kevin), Norma May (late Wayne), Linda Fuller (Joyce McFarlane),Brenda Snider (late Mike Harmsen), Leona King (late Frank) and Pierre Fuller (Tracey). Dorothy will be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Arrangements entrusted to RUSHNELL FUNERAL HOMES - BELLEVILLE, (80 Highland Ave .613-968-5588). Visitation will be held on Friday, February 17, 2023 from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm and from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, February 18, 2023 at 11:00 am. Interment at Elmwood Cemetery, Corbyville. If desired, memorial donations to Diabetes Canada or Belleville Dialysis Clinic operated by University Hospitals Kingston Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
