FRENCH, Sherry - age 75, passed away peacefully on January 12th, 2023 at Hospice Quinte. Originally from Hamilton Ontario, Sherry lived in Ottawa and then in Toronto where she married her beloved husband Paul Gillespie and had a fulfilling career as a nurse. Sherry and Paul moved to Brighton where they continued to live a very full and happy life, travelling far and wide all the while contributing actively to their local community. Friends and family were at the heart of her joys and those around her were touched by her fun, witty, kind and caring manner. Sherry is survived by her niece Geneviève, her nephew Alexandre and their families, the Gillespie cousins and an entire community of wonderful friends. A Memorial Service will be held at the Brighton By The Bay Sandpiper Centre, at 8 Mills Road in Brighton, from 1 to 3 p.m. on Saturday, February 4th, 2023.
