VIDITO, William John “Bill”

January 25, 1945 – February 25, 2023

Entered into rest surrounded by his loving family at his home in Picton, Ontario on Saturday February 25, 2023, Bill Vidito of Picton, died at the age of 78. Bill was the son of Clarence and Amy Vidito (Gillis) and was the loving husband of Margaret (nee Harrison) for 56 years prior to her passing. He was the loving father of Kathy Vidito of Picton, Mary Lynn Simpson (Oliver) of Picton, Patty Vidito (Stan Brough) of Picton, and William Vidito Jr. (Shannon) of Belleville. Bill was the dearest grandfather of Kasandra (Ryan), Kory (Chasity), Michael, Kody (Mackenzie), Matthew, Ian, Annie, and the late Curtis. He was also the great-grandfather of Boston, Breyanna, Selena, Blake, Claira, Marcus, Nevaeh, Kylee, Rayne, Kaya, and the late Braden. He will be missed by his sister Barbara of Picton, and is predeceased by his siblings Regenald (Agnes), Thelma (Gord), Mary (Cam), and Lawrence.

Bill rested at Rushnell Funeral Homes – Picton Chapel, 33 Main Street (613-476-2450).

Inurnment will take place on Friday May 12, 2023, at 11am at Glenwood Cemetery which will be followed by a celebration of life at the Waring House in memory of both William and Margaret Vidito.
