YOUNG, William James “Bill”
Suddenly entered into rest at Kingston Health Sciences Centre, on Monday, February 20, 2023, Bill Young of Picton died at the age of 68. He was the son of the late Grant & Margaret Young and the husband of the late Bev Young. He was the partner of Vicky Lefebvre of Picton and the father of Tammy Mick of Ottawa, Tracy St. Rose of Picton and the late Billy. Bill was the grandfather of John, Tyler, Nick, Devlin, Taylor, Nicole and the great grandfather of Attrayus-James. He is survived by his brothers-in-law Dave Young (Susan) of Trenton, and Brian Young of Marmora and will be fondly remembered by his friend Frank Powers of Picton.
Mr. Young rested at Rushnell Funeral Homes – Picton Chapel, 33 Main Street (613-476-2450). In keeping with Bill’s wishes, there will be no visitation or services. Cremation has taken place. Inurnment at Glenwood Cemetery at a later date. If desired, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society in memory of Bill would be appreciated by the family.
